Michał Wilczewski is an assistant research professor in the Department of History and a visiting lecturer in the Department of Polish, Russian, and Lithuanian Studies at the University of Illinois Chicago. He teaches courses in Polish and East European history and Polish language and literature. He holds a PhD in Polish History from UIC and his research interests include interwar Polish culture, rural history, and queer and sexuality studies.
