Andrzej Brylak is a postdoctoral scholar teaching Polish language, literature, and culture at the University of Southern California. He received his PhD in Slavic Studies at the University of Illinois Chicago and his MA in Jewish Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. His primary field of research is Polish and Eastern European modernity, especially in the post-WWII context. He is also interested in the impact the recent migration to Poland has on the Polish language.
